I started using Rugby a few years ago because my doctor with VA (Veteran's Administration) prescribed the brand. VA even dispensed it at their pharmacy. Doctor said it was pure and did not contain harmful fillers that other did.In the past year or two Rugby changed the look of the bottle and the shape of the pill. Was a yellow cap, now a white. Now this melatonin is hit or miss. When I get a bad bottle it keeps me awake and makes my sleep horrible. I'm not sure what they have done to a very good product. I have to find a different source cause this stuff is ruining my sleep.My advice to Rugby is go back to your supplier of 3 or 4 years ago. You have lost a loyal customer.I will not recommend this product to anyone anymore.
