Can't say enough about how these little gems have helped me manage starting arthritis in my knees. Yes, it's a bit of a pain in the tush to have to plan for 45 minutes between my morning dose and breakfast, but I'll gladly make it work for how much better I feel going about my day. Consistency is key with these! Takes about a week-ish to start feeling impact.So I was having lots of back pain following covid. Chiropractic and massage wasn't cutting it as it normally would. Even went to have x-rays done to rule out anything other causes. Nothing. My chiropractor recommended taking these, and after just a few days my back pain was completely gone and hasn't returned since. It was truly amazing. I just take one a day now as a preventative. Highly recommend.Diagnosed with costocondritis in August, and after heavy doses of prescription NSAIDs which after a few months caused all kinds of issues, I found out about this in an online support group. I tried it out of sheer desperation as I don't really think much of supplements, and especially something like this with little to no clinical studies to support it. The week I switched to this, it controlled the pain as well as the NSAIDs, and after a month of taking it, I'm on the mend. The pain is gone and I just have some lingering tightness in the chest area. I bought my second bottle a week ago. So far, no side effects and no allergies, even though I have documented allergies to all grasses, weeds and most trees. It could also be that my costo was on the way to resolving itself anyway, but I'm not willing to test that. I'll continue taking it until my symptoms completely resolve.Been taking these for years. I'm primarily taking it to reduce antibodies from Hashimoto's but I also experience joint swelling related to SIBO and Hashimoto's and after 3 weeks on the high dose (2 tablets 3x day) I noticed last night that my knuckle swelling has diminished and the pain is decreased. I did have some side effects from this for the 1st 3 weeks including fatigue and some GI issues (bloating, heartburn). I really hope this reduces my antibodies and inflammation. Must be taken 30 minutes prior to any food, used best 3 times per day, and taken in a quantity fitting for your height, weight, and issues.Having had 9 spinal surgeries and having 5 levels of fusion in both neck and back, I can tell you I very rarely ever take anything else because I have no pain. I do eat and drink quality foods and water. This helps, but learn how to use it, correctly.I bought by mistake since I needed it for endometriosis. But it did help my heel pain at night, it seems to be best for arthritis or muscle recovery, things like that. But it isn’t the right one for problems like endometriosis, fibroids, etc. Wobenzym N is the right one. But still this is great to have at home in case you twist your feet or have a strain etc.I have noticed that movement is so much easier after my operation and I’m 99% sure it’s through these. I now will carry them with me at all times.This product is a bit rigid in terms of when to apply the dosage. However, it is easy to digest.My dog has been taking Wobenzym for about 7 years; she turned 17 this year and still enjoys her daily walks.
