We have been taking these caffeine tablets for several months and find them to be just right. How? 200mg is about 2 cups of coffee, and half of the recommended daily limit (400mg). While we have enjoyed the rituals of making & drinking coffee, I personally find that drinking coffee triggers a craving to eat.
