I have tried other sleeping pills before and find that they can be less efficient after a couple of weeks, and with those other pills I can be like a zombie with the long term after effect.. But with these Melissa Dream I feel just great. I have now been taking them for about 60 days and am still very happy with them. Amazon's price is as expected very good.When I take a couple of these tablets 20 minutes or so before bedtime I can pretty much guarantee at leat 6 hours decent quality sleep will follow. When I wake up I don't feel dull and drowsy in the way that other tablets (especially prescribed) can cause. I have taken them on and of over the course of 6 months.They have not been habit forming at all. If I have had a bad night's sleep or am stressed and anxious then i will take them.
