Have been using this product for many years—reduces inflammation & related pain naturally!!I used this after a few laser treatments on my face to help lessen bruising. I actually think this stuff works/helps.It was initially given to me gratis by my dermatologist after the first treatment. I liked it so much I ordered more for future treatments.I also took this after getting my first beletero injections under my eyes, and had no bruising whatsoever. Don't know if it was luck or coincidence but I will take this just in case.It is exactly what I expected and I am pleased. I give it four stats as it does not seem to last very long for me and I do not know if it is ok to take more or not.I would however give it 5 stars for teething babies!!! One half or one whole tablet is perfect for calming a teething baby.This product was suggested by a friend since I have a job that works my muscles pretty good. I work in retail and suffer from upper and lower back pain as a result. I take 2 tablets before going to work and if it's a longer shift I take another 1-2 tablets during my lunch and by the time I get home, I'm NOT aching.I am really impressed with how well this product worked. I recently had body contouring surgery (liposuction) on my torso. Initially there was some swelling and a lot of large purple bruises all over, but I started taking these Arnica tabs right away and all quickly vanished. My doctor was very impressed as well with my healing progress. I believe the arnica had a lot to do with my speedy recovery.Such a helper after my surgery !All of Hylands products are excellent, give immediately relief and are all natural, I swear by themI like this product. I use it for my endometriosis. On days when I know I will be doing to much I take it beforehand and and then at four hours it helps a lot. Although my husband doesn't notice much help for his back with this.
