BUT i am using 4 different things. 1. I reduced the carbohydrates in my meals almost at all 2. i work out, i run 2-3 miles (run/walk fast with my capris) and do yoga. 3.i use a capri for run and do exercise it make me sweat a lot and like crazy (i bought it on amazon you will love it) 4. I use a cream (sold by amazon) it came in 2 bottles 1 for the morning 1 for the night, and i do some massage in my legs.i definitely wont say that any of it is miracle but it worked for me, i ran for months and my cellulite did ran from me. The change in my meals helped a lot to lose cellulite before start with the capri the pills and the creams. BUT the most important is do some exercise. them, move your pretty a... and go run for what you want.So far so good.This is part of the Herbalife weight loss program. Using this along with the other products, I went from 215 lbs at the end of August to 170 lbs at Thanksgiving and it was relatively easy.I bought this product after reading some of the reviews about reduction of cellulite but wasn't really expecting any results. I was taking this product for about 2 weeks and most of the time not the three pills a day that the label recommeds and I am seeing decrease in my cellulite. I am pretty skinny but in the last few years I developed nasty cellulite on my legs and belly that I couldn't get rid of! I am using this product with diet and going to the gym everyday for about an hour and I am honestly seeing good results. There is no side effects and so far I am very happy with this.i just ordered this bottle (90) about 2 months ago. i take the pill before any meal i eat a day, which is only about 2. but i take one if i have a snack. the directions says 3 times a day. i was pretty open minded especially from reading reviews on it. i have recently loss about 10 lbs. i also excercise and try to diet. but i believe that this has helped me not return back to my old weight. i have not had any bad side effects and would reccommend this to someone looking. as far as cellulite goes, it has become minimal.Superb product because I loss my weight 27kgs thank you herbalife100% waste of your money, Qr code missing, bar code also showing different code, don't buy this product.Fake!!!!!!
