This helps for doggies with cough issues, coughing due to allergies or other reasons like collapsing trachea. I got this a while ago and lasts a long time. Vets overcharge for these. I do not give this to her everyday just on the days she coughs a lot. She is 15 pounds maltipoodle, 9 years old. I give her a half tablet or 1 whole tablet or half tablet two times in a day, depending on how she feels and coughs. I also give her zyrtec wallmart or other generic brand 5 to 10 mg depending on how much she sneezes. She has grass allergies. Again I am not a vet and it's good to check with them first.
