I have a beloved 15 year old house cat with kidney and liver disease. My vet, who has been a godsend, recommended these for Minie when she seemed to be declining. They work so well that I've actually stopped the IV fluids that I was administering daily. Now my cat just gets one of these crushed up on her breakfast each morning. The directions say do not crush, so check with your vet first or use a pill administrator to give these to your cat if you're able. Because Minie is already frail, my vet said it would be best not to wrestle pills down her, so crushing them in her case is fine.
